Own enterprise accounts receivable and billing operations for a fast-growing SaaS company. Build invoicing, collections, cash application, and controls from scratch; manage enterprise disputes, aging, DSO, and usage-based contracts; select and automate billing tools; collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, customers’ AP teams, and contract accountants; and report on AR health while establishing scalable finance processes.

Own internal IT operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding, device configuration, troubleshooting, SaaS and identity administration, hardware inventory, office technology, endpoint compliance, access reviews, and SOC 2 support. Build Retell AI’s legal function and serve as Sales’ primary partner on enterprise transactions. Responsibilities include negotiating MSAs, DPAs, BAAs, and order forms; creating contract templates, negotiation playbooks, and turnaround SLAs; advising on voice AI issues such as consent, TCPA, AI disclosure, and use-case reviews; and managing platform terms, privacy policies, acceptable-use policies, and outside counsel.

Own post-launch relationships and net revenue retention across enterprise accounts. Responsibilities include driving product adoption and consumption, managing renewals and expansions, using usage data to build commercial cases, conducting QBRs, negotiating renewals, and partnering with Product and Engineering on customer blockers.
