Develops proactive talent attraction and sourcing strategies across North America. Responsibilities include passive candidate engagement, talent pipeline and community development, full-cycle recruitment, employer branding, recruitment marketing, university partnerships, candidate experience, and talent analytics. The role manages requisitions from intake through offer acceptance, partners with hiring managers and marketing, supports scientific and technical hiring, and uses sourcing metrics and market intelligence to improve recruitment outcomes.

Coordinates marketing activities to recruit clinical trial participants, including newsletters, social media, paid advertising, geofencing, landing pages, SEO, community engagement, and participant communications. Tracks recruitment KPIs, budgets, billing, referrals, invoices, translations, and advertising approvals. Prepares IRB packages, manages vendors, supports marketing events, and ensures compliance with study protocols, GCP, SOPs, confidentiality, and brand standards.

Serve as Workday HCM SME for Time Tracking and Absence modules: configure and maintain business processes, reports, validations, security and calculated fields; translate HR requirements into scalable Workday solutions; manage change intake, testing, releases, and data governance; build dashboards, support audits, and identify process improvements to ensure data quality and user experience.
