Owns full-cycle technical recruiting for Engineering, Product, Design, and related roles. Responsibilities include defining hiring requirements, sourcing active and passive candidates, managing interview processes, negotiating offers, tracking funnel metrics, using AI recruiting tools, and developing recruitment marketing campaigns. The role partners closely with the CTO and engineering leads and focuses on hiring within competitive infrastructure, developer tools, and security talent markets.

Own and enhance Infisical’s website by building pixel-perfect, reusable frontend components, core pages, microsites, and frontend architecture. Integrate CMS, analytics, attribution, and marketing tools while implementing SEO, A/B testing, accessibility, performance, and conversion optimization. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and company leadership to create a high-quality website that drives organic traffic and user adoption.
