Support accounts payable and contract administration for construction projects: process invoices, purchase orders, capital approvals, maintain project files, track budgets, improve processes, liaise with vendors and stakeholders, and drive cross-functional efficiencies.

Produce and edit promotional and marketing videos across channels. Organize footage, follow production schedules, perform color grading and audio mixing, create motion graphics, collaborate with stakeholders and vendors, ensure technical compliance, and manage project archiving and file organization.

Lead the Academy's learning strategy and roadmap, partner with stakeholders to design and deliver learning solutions, govern and improve the LMS, oversee program development (leadership, onboarding, operational and digital learning), measure impact using data, and support change management and knowledge transfer.
