Ship custom tooling and integrations, resolve deployment blockers, partner with engineering and product on architecture and implementation, and represent engineering in high-value customer relationships.

The Applied Scientist will transform raw data into actionable insights by developing machine learning models for personalization, ranking, and optimization to enhance conversion and revenue. This role emphasizes building production systems, frameworks for experimentation, and communication with team members regarding technical challenges.

As a Growth Strategist, develop and execute A/B testing strategies, generate hypotheses, leverage AI tools, and analyze results to drive revenue.
