Leads the Transformation Management Office portfolio and end-to-end delivery of enterprise transformation programs. Coordinates workstreams, roadmaps, dependencies, risks, budgets, governance, vendors, KPIs, and executive reporting. Builds stakeholder alignment, facilitates cross-functional planning, applies Agile practices, and integrates change management. Leads and develops a project delivery team while promoting continuous improvement, automation, and AI-enabled productivity.
