Supports the Legal Department with clinical research contracts, contract execution, legal documentation, privacy assessments, regulatory compliance, audits, and corporate governance activities. Maintains contract databases and document systems, conducts legal and regulatory research, develops legal templates and SOPs, and coordinates with internal stakeholders, external counsel, notaries, and regulators. The role requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, contract administration expertise, and familiarity with clinical research, GCP, and privacy regulations.

Tracks and reports project profitability, budgets, revenues, expenses, forecasts, invoicing, and financial variances.
