Manage the Enterprise Deployment team’s workflow, staffing, performance tracking, recruiting coordination, onboarding, meetings, OKRs, team gatherings, and cross-functional alignment. The Chief of Staff will optimize team efficiency, thoughtfully allocate people to projects, identify performance or coverage gaps, and serve as a trusted liaison to organizational leaders. This is a fully remote global role, with London preferred.

Embed with enterprise customers to design and build AI-powered creative workflows using ElevenLabs tools. Produce reference content, prototypes, templates, and case studies; train and consult with creative teams; inform product roadmap with field insights; evangelize the platform externally.

The role involves administering Salesforce, developing automations with Flows and Apex, and maintaining data pipelines to support revenue operations at ElevenLabs.

Lead government engagement and public policy strategy for ElevenLabs in Canada. Monitor and advise on AI-related regulation, build coalitions with policymakers and civil society, support internal policy development, promote government adoption of products, and represent the company at events.

Lead market entry in Canada: hire and manage a regional technical team, engage C-suite customers, identify use cases, design bespoke integrations, build demos and prototypes, drive initial customer wins, and collaborate with product and research to scale ElevenLabs' voice and audio AI solutions.

Work with sales and technical contacts to architect and demo voice AI solutions, create enablement and self-service tools, scale integrations, and productize common patterns while supporting enterprise customer deployments.

Work with customers and cross-functional teams to identify high-impact AI agent use cases, drive end-to-end deal delivery, prototype and demo solutions, guide production readiness, embed with strategic accounts, and feed field insights to shape product and model roadmaps.

Partner with the GM of Canada to drive commercial strategy and revenue operations: forecasting, pipeline hygiene, performance reporting, deal execution, cross-team coordination, process building, and use of AI tools to automate workflows while managing sensitive matters and scaling the Canadian organization.

Work embedded with strategic customers to design and build end-to-end integrations and solutions using ElevenLabs technologies. Own major projects, collaborate with customer engineers and executives, and solve complex technical problems with strong coding, architecture, and communication skills.

As an AI Automations Engineer, you will design and build tooling for GTM, Operations, and Finance teams, automating processes and enhancing systems with a focus on AI.
