Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM, Operations, G&A, Engineering, and Product. Partner with hiring managers, source and assess candidates, manage interview processes, advise on talent markets, and close offers. Build recruiting workflows using Claude and other AI tools, maintain accurate Ashby data, analyze pipeline performance, and lead projects involving referrals, employer branding, structured interviewing, tooling, and candidate experience. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite work in Mountain View two days per week.

Lead Cyberhaven’s integration ecosystem strategy and roadmap, including connectors, APIs, data sharing, and marketplace partnerships. Evaluate build-versus-partner decisions, guide technical discovery with partner engineering teams, and program-manage integrations from scoping through launch, certification, documentation, enablement, and adoption. Define measurable customer and business outcomes, coordinate sales, customer experience, and marketing readiness, and ensure integrations deliver revenue growth, broader coverage, and faster customer value.

Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant security solutions protecting enterprise data across clouds, SaaS applications, and AI agents. Build agentic security capabilities, integrate large-scale third-party data sources, develop RESTful APIs and microservices, optimize distributed systems, and create secure software resilient to attacks and high-volume endpoint communication.

Lead and grow Cyberhaven’s Technical Account Management team, establishing operating models, coverage strategies, metrics, playbooks, and customer engagement processes. Oversee technical customer outcomes from onboarding through renewal, manage escalations, support adoption and deployment, and contribute to renewals and expansions. Partner with Product, Engineering, Support, Customer Experience, and Sales to communicate customer feedback, improve diagnostics, conduct root-cause reviews, and strengthen security SaaS customer success.

Leads the product design vision and team for Cyberhaven’s Flow data security platform. Owns end-to-end UX, AI-agent interaction patterns, research, design systems, usability measurement, and platform migration experience. Partners with executive, product, engineering, and customer teams to shape strategy and roadmap. Coaches designers, raises design quality, represents customer needs, and develops a scalable design function for complex enterprise security software.

Provide technical support for Cyberhaven’s data security and endpoint DLP platform. Troubleshoot customer issues, identify root causes, reproduce and document bugs, escalate high-priority incidents, and collaborate with engineering teams. Guide customers on platform usage, understand their data security risks, maintain support documentation, meet SLA expectations, and contribute to support processes, reporting, and customer satisfaction metrics.

The Enterprise Account Executive will manage end-to-end sales processes, establish relationships with clients, and grow sales in the Cybersecurity sector.
