Develop, test, maintain, and optimize a mobile Route Application using .NET MAUI and C#. The role monitors supplier performance, manages procurement KPIs, ensures policy and regulatory compliance, mitigates sourcing risks, and collaborates with internal stakeholders and vendors. It requires strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and bilingual French-English skills.
