Provide first-level IT support to employees in an on-site game development studio. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, Windows systems, drivers, workstations, peripherals, Wi-Fi, and connectivity; preparing equipment for onboarding and offboarding; testing and inventorying components; documenting procedures; and contributing to process improvements. The internship is designed for students pursuing computer support or computer technology training, with guidance from an experienced IT team.
