Creates and implements compelling narratives for an AAA medieval fantasy RPG, including plotlines, characters, lore, dialogue, world descriptions, and production documentation. Collaborates with designers, artists, programmers, editors, and other departments to integrate storytelling with gameplay. Directs actors during audio recordings, maintains narrative reference materials, reviews other writers’ work, processes feedback, and iterates on narrative concepts.

Lead the Montreal studio's Talent & Culture function: own full employee lifecycle, run full-cycle recruiting, support managers on performance and employee relations, manage payroll/benefits/compensation/HR systems, ensure Quebec/Canada compliance, partner with HQ on global initiatives, and improve HR practices. Hybrid role with on-site presence Tue–Thu; bilingual French/English required; requires 8+ years progressive HR experience and a relevant Bachelor's degree.
