Manage and grow a book of complex national and international client accounts in construction and infrastructure. Lead sales and marketing strategies, provide technical risk advice, develop proposals and project plans, preserve senior client relationships, address escalations, and represent the firm at industry events.

Provide pension administration for a client portfolio: calculate benefits and adjustments, update databases, prepare statements and annual returns, interpret plan provisions and laws, respond to inquiries, and support special projects and complex plan features.

Manage high-net-worth personal lines clients: respond to inquiries, analyze coverage, prepare quotes and applications, conduct renewal reviews, handle claims intake, prospect and close profitable new business, maintain broker management system records, and meet licensing and compliance requirements.

Support design, execution, and analysis of employee listening projects (engagement and rewards surveys, interviews, focus groups). Translate data into actionable recommendations, present findings to clients in English or French, assist client management, collaborate with project teams, and contribute to business development and thought leadership.

Manage a defined portfolio of clients as primary Marsh contact: respond to inquiries, triage needs, manage renewals and documentation, review contracts and broker certifications, evaluate risks and recommend solutions, build relationships with clients/carriers, and contribute industry insights.
