The Contracts Specialist III manages the contracting process, which includes review, drafting, negotiation, and execution of contracts and legal documents, ensuring compliance and data management.

Provide bilingual (French/English) technical customer support via phone and case-management tools, troubleshoot product issues, record detailed call information, maintain customer records, meet deadlines and scheduling needs (including weekends), and use Oracle/OMS/CRM/AS400 and Microsoft Office to support departmental goals.
