Serve as primary customer interface for assigned data center accounts, managing onboarding, project coordination, SLA reporting, audits, escalation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure operational compliance and customer satisfaction.

Manage and improve CMMS/ESM workflows and day-to-day tool operations, support site teams, administer user accounts and permissions, create training materials, handle data migration, analyze system metrics, troubleshoot issues, and drive CMMS process improvements and onboarding.
