As a Workday Payroll Consultant, implement and configure Workday solutions, build customer relationships, provide guidance, and support junior team members.

Lead design and delivery of Workday reporting and analytics for AMS clients: build advanced/matrix/trending/composite reports, dashboards, Discovery Boards, Worksheets, and complex calculated fields; gather requirements, optimize reports, mentor junior consultants, and provide Workday best-practice guidance.

As a Workday Payroll Consultant, you will implement and configure Workday solutions, lead project workstreams, and support junior team members, ensuring customer needs are met.

Implement and configure enterprise Workday HCM solutions, lead the data workstream including gathering, transforming and loading organizational and employee data, liaise with customers and internal stakeholders, deliver data solutions, support sales and practice improvements, and educate others within the Workday practice.

Lead implementation and configuration of enterprise Workday Talent and Learning solutions. Own functional workstreams, build client relationships, guide requirements, mentor junior consultants, support sales and estimates, and ensure solutions align with customer needs and commercial objectives across the full project lifecycle.

Provide Workday Core HCM configuration and advisory services across AMS engagements. Lead requirement gathering, configuration, testing guidance, and cross-stream coordination. Support implementations, post-production services, client-facing advisement, and mentor junior team members while contributing to presales and internal process improvements.

Accountable for delivering Workday HCM deployments across methodologies. Engage customers, configure HCM and Core Compensation (security, business processes), use Report Writer, EIBs and calculated fields, mentor junior consultants, manage stakeholders, present to clients, and undertake regional travel as required.
