Lead end-to-end acquisition and retention campaigns for affinity partners across paid media, email, direct mail and digital. Translate strategy into measurable plans, optimize performance using analytics, coordinate agencies and stakeholders, ensure compliance and operational rigor, manage budgets and reporting, and continuously improve processes and partner-facing insights.

Lead GWAM business continuity and operational resilience activities, manage a team of analysts, identify and assess critical operations, develop remediation and exit plans for third parties, maintain and test business continuity plans, run scenario testing, and track KPIs/KRIs to meet regulatory and enterprise resilience requirements.

Conduct risk-based data profiling and investigations into provider fraud and abuse for group health and dental claims.
