Lead a team providing administration support for Group Benefits clients, ensuring quality service and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Provide bilingual (French/English) phone and email sales support to mortgage brokers, lenders, and internal sales teams. Set up and maintain broker and lender profiles, resolve escalations, assist with policy and compensation inquiries, deliver broker training, suggest process improvements, and collaborate across teams to support Mortgage Protection Plan processes and tools.

Serve as the MGA back-office coordinator for new and in-force insurance business: manage WealthServ tasks, review and process applications, order medical/underwriting requirements, handle shared mailbox communications, update policy and contract records, track SLAs, escalate complex issues, and maintain comprehensive case notes while supporting advisors and carriers to ensure accurate, timely policy processing.

Monitors engagement metrics, supports reporting, ensures compliance and quality, and drives continuous improvement across communications channels.

Supports commercial mortgage underwriting, financial modeling, risk assessment, credit memos, portfolio monitoring, market research, governance, audit support, and Credit Committee reporting. The role analyzes borrower and property performance, identifies risks and mitigants, monitors loan exposures, maintains audit-ready documentation, and collaborates with origination, portfolio management, credit risk, senior management, and audit stakeholders across Canada and the United States.

Leads vendor contracting, strategic sourcing, third-party relationship management, vendor performance monitoring, risk compliance, and issue resolution. Negotiates contracts and coordinates RFIs, RFPs, MSAs, SOWs, amendments, and NDAs with Procurement, Legal, Risk, and business stakeholders. Tracks vendor KPIs and SLAs, conducts performance reviews, manages service disruptions, and drives corrective actions. Requires strong negotiation, communication, analytical, project management, and stakeholder relationship skills.

Develops Python-based performance analytics tools, Power BI reporting, SQL databases, and automated investment data workflows. Supports private markets performance measurement, attribution, fund valuation, client reporting, daily data validation, and compliance. Coordinates cross-functional automation initiatives involving Bloomberg PORT and Aladdin, while collaborating with investment, performance, valuation, and client reporting stakeholders. Requires finance or mathematics education, bilingual French and English communication, strong technical skills, and knowledge of private assets and fixed income.

Partner with large national clients to design and deliver member education and communications for group retirement plans. Manage client relationships, create multichannel education strategies, analyze engagement data, run projects and reporting, support RFPs, and optimize programs to drive participation and meet client objectives.

Serve as Chief of Staff and strategic partner to the AVP of Affinity Operations, driving strategy execution, performance management, governance, executive enablement, cross-functional coordination, and change communications. Lead business operating system activities including strategic planning, scorecards/dashboards, KPIs, governance routines, and stakeholder alignment to deliver measurable business outcomes.
