Handles inbound bilingual English-Spanish customer service, resolves escalations, follows up on missing information, communicates case status, and maintains accuracy and service-level performance. The role also supports workflow improvements and requires knowledge of US life insurance products, regulatory requirements, and application processes.

Manage a defined territory to generate sales and new business within the MGA channel. Prospect, build and service distributor relationships, present products, deliver sales training, act as primary escalated support contact, and execute sales plans to meet targets.

Investigate and address commission inquiries from insurance advisers, ensuring timely payment and accurate processing of commission data while maintaining high service standards.
