Processes sales orders, maintains customer and sales records, issues invoices, monitors payments, and provides order updates. Coordinates with Sales, Logistics, and Accounting to support accurate order-to-cash execution, customer inquiries, policy compliance, and process improvement. The role requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and customer service skills, along with SAP and Excel experience and fluency in English and French.
