The GTM Data Engineer will integrate, optimize, and manage the GTM systems, build data pipelines, ensure data quality, and collaborate on analytics to enhance GTM efficiency and decision-making.

Lead architecture and roadmap for global MarTech stack, oversee tool selection and vendor negotiations, integrate systems with CRM and data platforms, ensure data governance and compliance (GDPR/CCPA), prepare stack for API-driven and agentic development, and drive automation and cross-functional alignment to improve marketing effectiveness.

Lead architecture and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Data Cloud. Design integrations, data pipelines, identity/security models, AI-driven CRM features, and enterprise automation while providing technical leadership and governance.

Manage a portfolio of named B2B accounts, drive product adoption and retention, identify expansion opportunities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and relay customer feedback to shape product and processes. Focus on consultative relationships, value-based selling, and achieving revenue and retention targets.
