Provides employee relations guidance to leaders, managing workplace cases from intake through closure. Advises on performance, attendance, conduct, conflicts, discipline, accommodations, leaves, disability, workers’ compensation, and return-to-work matters. Conducts fact-finding and workplace investigations, identifies employment and compliance risks, maintains confidential audit-ready records, and collaborates with legal, compliance, privacy, safety, operations, and People teams. Requires bilingual French-English proficiency and 3–5 years of progressive HR experience.
