Identify, qualify, and close complex B2G sales of public safety software to city and county agencies. Build and maintain pipeline, demonstrate solutions, negotiate contracts, manage opportunities in Salesforce, maintain client relationships, monitor competitive landscape, and travel frequently to meet sales goals.

Design, build, and operationalize a scalable engineering analytics platform: pipelines, integrations, semantic layer, and BI dashboards. Define and enforce engineering KPIs (DORA, delivery health, quality), ensure data quality/governance, and deliver insights to engineering leadership to drive operational improvements.
