Manage the Dead by Daylight Creator Program, recruiting and supporting content creators, coordinating evergreen opportunities, and partnering on paid campaigns, launches, previews, and industry events. Develop and support technical UI art pipelines for Dead by Daylight using Unreal Engine 5, Blueprints, visual scripting, materials, shaders, animation, and UI states. The role solves technical and artistic UI challenges, optimizes production processes, supports gameplay flow implementation, documents guidelines, and trains team members. It collaborates closely with gameplay programmers, UI programmers, designers, and other technical UI artists to create polished in-game experiences.

Leads learning and development initiatives across the organization, including training needs analyses, instructional design, workshops, communities of practice, internal expert coaching, LMS administration, learning roadmap development, and impact reporting. Creates learning content in video, e-learning, remote, and in-person formats while managing stakeholders, timelines, training providers, and employee development programs.

Own the strategy, quality, and evolution of player-facing knowledge content across Behaviour Interactive’s game portfolio. Audit and improve help-center structure, manage self-service experiences, write and govern support articles, analyze Zendesk and player data, coordinate content updates around launches and patches, improve support automation, and track knowledge-base KPIs. The role requires extensive customer or player support and knowledge-management experience, strong communication, analytics, platform administration, and project-management skills.

Manage the complete supplier invoice and accounts payable cycle, including purchase order validation, invoice reconciliation, coding, approvals, accounting system entry, and payment issuance. The role also provides administrative support to Finance and serves as the primary contact for suppliers. Candidates need accounting experience, strong organizational and analytical skills, knowledge of accounting principles and Excel, bilingual French and English proficiency, and preferably Microsoft F&O experience.

Partners with operational teams on budgeting, forecasting, financial performance analysis, KPI monitoring, financial modeling, and scenario planning. Leads CRM and lifecycle marketing, develops personalized campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-game channels, partners with game teams on launches and retention, uses behavioral data to optimize engagement, improves CRM tooling and automation, and leads the CRM team.

Designs, builds, and maintains scalable backend services and operational systems for production teams. Defines technical requirements, diagnoses application and CI/CD issues, improves stability and code quality, collaborates with developers, and develops and analyzes functional tests for performance and reliability. Requires strong Python backend development, AWS, API architecture, Linux, databases, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD expertise.

Own the commercial strategy for Behaviour’s intellectual property portfolio across product launches and lifecycles. Manage promotions, pricing, visibility, distribution channels, and partner relationships to achieve revenue targets. Lead gaming technology partnership deals from opportunity identification through negotiation, execution, and measurement. Analyze sales and industry data, create executive presentations, collaborate cross-functionally, shape promotional materials, and mentor junior team members.
