Lead deployment and onboarding of contact center software: gather requirements, design and deploy IVR/workflows, train clients, manage project timelines, handle UAT, post-implementation support, document SOWs, and manage escalations.

Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure with Ansible, deploy and support Windows and Linux applications, operate Kubernetes-hosted services, monitor and troubleshoot production incidents, and produce operational documentation and runbooks while collaborating with engineering teams.
