Leads global sales enablement strategy and execution, including skills-gap analysis, role-based learning, onboarding, workshops, certifications, communications, KPI measurement, tool adoption, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration. The role supports sales performance through technical and non-technical training while requiring cybersecurity knowledge, executive communication, and experience managing enablement programs and roadmaps.

Advise customers on Microsoft security environments, conduct security health assessments and license reviews, identify risks, and deliver prioritized remediation roadmaps. Administer, customize, integrate, and support Salesforce, NetSuite, Dayforce, and other business systems. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams to improve workflows, configure solutions, manage releases, provide training, and maintain data integrity. Develop reports, dashboards, documentation, policies, and approval workflows while analyzing business data and recommending process improvements.

Owns integrated B2B prospect campaigns from ideation through execution, optimization, measurement, and reporting. Coordinates content, digital, paid media, web, SDR, field, international, and channel teams; manages campaign calendars, budgets, vendors, webinars, nurture programs, and ABM initiatives. Analyzes funnel performance to improve lead-to-MQL-to-SQL conversion, uses Salesforce and Pardot for tracking and attribution, and presents campaign results to senior stakeholders.
