Process and reconcile employee equity plan transactions (stock options, ESPP purchases/allocations), handle settlement and disbursement processing, review and clear exceptions, perform daily cash reconciliation and reporting, audit compliance, collaborate with internal teams and client management, and support continuous improvement and cross-training.

Complete high-volume cash, general ledger, and share account reconciliations for employee share plan activity. Identify and document out-of-balance variances, update reconciliation tools, communicate with operational teams, meet daily deadlines, and improve reconciliation processes while maintaining accurate reporting for North American operations.
