Leads Citco’s AML/CDD function by managing specialists, overseeing investor CDD reviews, resolving complex compliance issues, and ensuring regulatory and service standards. The AVP manages workloads, high-risk investor escalations, KPI/KRI reporting, and client service calls; maintains client relationships and delivers operational updates. The role also supports policy enhancement, staff development, performance evaluations, recruitment, training, and continuous improvement across AML/KYC operations.
