Manages and grows a portfolio of commercial and agricultural clients in mid-market banking. Builds strategic relationships, provides tailored financial solutions, structures and negotiates credit transactions, identifies business opportunities, and collaborates with internal specialists. The role requires financial analysis, lending and risk management expertise, business development, negotiation, bilingual French-English communication, and strong client relationship skills.

Provides bilingual French-English investment sales and service to BMO InvestorLine customers. Advises clients on investment products and strategies, identifies sales opportunities, handles transactions and documentation, resolves issues, and refers complex matters. Maintains knowledge of investment markets, regulatory requirements, AML obligations, and BMO products while achieving sales targets and protecting customer and bank information.

Provides personal lending and credit advice to customers through remote banking channels. Assesses needs, recommends borrowing products, makes credit decisions or recommendations, processes documentation, resolves escalations, and refers customers to other business groups. Maintains regulatory, privacy, anti-money-laundering, and risk-management compliance while delivering sales and service support. Requires knowledge of personal lending and home financing, strong communication and analytical skills, and fluency in French and English.

Provide bilingual English and French investment sales and service through an inbound contact center. Advise customers on mutual funds and term investments, support account onboarding and transactions, review financial goals, recommend appropriate products, and build trusted customer relationships while following approved procedures and industry regulations. This is a fully remote role requiring weekday availability between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST.
