Manage end-to-end Absorb LMS implementations (avg. 8 weeks) as primary client contact. Gather requirements, define scope and timelines, coordinate cross-functional resources, deliver customized training, support integrations (APIs, CRM/HRM), and oversee multiple concurrent projects to ensure successful client onboarding and adoption.

Lead strategy and product direction for Enterprise Customer Education. Size opportunities, validate prototypes, build business cases, guide execution, mentor PMs, and apply AI to scale customer learning.

Lead implementation of the marketing website in Webflow and code, translating Figma into accessible, performant, semantically correct front-end components, building reusable patterns, Web Components, and contributing to Next.js apps and shared libraries while optimizing performance, accessibility, and SEO.

Prospect and qualify outbound leads to generate pipeline and new bookings for the Absorb LMS. Use cold calling, email, and sales engagement tools to meet daily/weekly/monthly activity and pipeline goals, develop call and account plans, maintain CRM data, collaborate with account teams, and analyze metrics to improve outreach and conversion.
