Serve as primary trusted advisor for enterprise customers, driving retention, renewals, and expansion. Coordinate cross-functional technical meetings, monitor product adoption metrics, deliver enablement, and advocate customer needs to product and engineering teams to ensure value realization and satisfaction.

Manage post-implementation customer relationships to drive adoption, renewals, and expansion of Saviynt's IAM/IGA platform. Monitor customer health and product utilization, coordinate cross-functional teams and partners, deliver education on features, perform health checks and remediation, and act as the customer advocate to improve outcomes and product feedback.
