Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to drive retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction while identifying growth opportunities. The role requires strong communication, empathy, attention to detail, autonomy, adaptability, and comfort managing a high volume of accounts remotely.

Own Ashby’s scalable customer live-learning program, coordinating calendars, registration, production, presenters, facilitation, recordings, follow-up, and reporting. Design practical workshops and learning experiences, coach subject-matter experts, maintain the recording library, and partner with Customer Success, Customer Education, Marketing, and operations teams. Use learner feedback and behavioral data to improve sessions, demonstrate customer application, and expand formats and audiences while maintaining reliable delivery.

Own Ashby’s onboarding and product-led growth strategy for its B2B SaaS platform. Research customer journeys, design product and transactional email experiences, define adoption metrics and Product Qualified Leads, and improve features to accelerate customer value and expansion. Partner closely with Customer Success, Revenue Operations, data, engineering, and other product teams while driving customer research, product strategy, and high-impact changes.
