Manages end-to-end creative marketing projects, including scoping, feasibility assessment, resource planning, scheduling, workflow tracking, stakeholder communication, quality control, and on-time delivery. Serves as the liaison between creative teams and internal departments, improves project management processes and platforms, and coordinates work across global, cross-functional stakeholders and vendors.

Manages low-risk contracts through the full lifecycle, supports vendor onboarding, maintains contract records, and administers the contract lifecycle management system. Provides CLM user support, training, troubleshooting, workflow testing, documentation, and process improvement. Assists with contract summaries, tax form collection, marketing agreement approvals, reporting, procurement support, and departmental administration while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
