Manage Affirm's licensing portfolio and regulatory filings across U.S. and international jurisdictions. Support product launches, maintain licensing repository, prepare renewals and reports (NMLS, MSB), ensure timely filings, improve processes (including AI automation), and coordinate cross-functionally with legal, compliance, finance, tax, and senior leadership.

Lead Canada compliance program: advise on Canadian consumer protection and payment regulations (including RPAA), oversee regulatory reporting and governance, perform risk assessments and monitoring, support regulatory engagements, and maintain/improve policies, controls and remediation efforts while partnering cross-functionally.
