Lead global GL operations and intercompany accounting, own month‑end and quarter‑end close, manage intercompany billing, FX, eliminations and transfer pricing. Drive SOX‑compliant controls, ERP/NetSuite enhancements, M&A integrations and new entity setups. Partner with Tax, Treasury, Legal and Finance Data and mentor direct reports to scale financial infrastructure.

Lead the SOX business process control environment, ensuring effective controls across finance and operations, collaborating with various teams, and managing SOX compliance initiatives.

Own preparation, review, and submission of recurring Canadian regulatory filings; maintain parallel IFRS books, reconciliations, and capital adequacy reporting; drive monthly management and board-level financial analysis; partner with Tax, Treasury, Legal and vendors; build scalable reporting processes, automation, and internal controls; serve as Finance's primary contact for regulators and examinations.
