Lead and own federal bank examinations for Block affiliates, serving as primary regulator contact. Manage exam cycles from First Day Letter through remediation, coordinate cross-functional responses, maintain institutional examination history, and build sustaining relationships with federal regulators to ensure examination readiness and regulatory compliance.

Partner with product and engineering to build scalable revenue recognition processes in Oracle, prepare month-end journal entries and reconciliations for Cash App products, reconcile intercompany balances, support audits and SOX controls, and collaborate with Technical Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and external auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting and process improvements.

Lead global M&A, investments, and post-closing tax integration/compliance. Partner with internal and external stakeholders on structuring, perform tax modeling (e.g., Sections 382/383), research complex tax issues, manage income tax audits, and support Treasury, state planning, and special tax projects.
