Provide strategic legal support for international last-mile logistics operations: draft, review and negotiate commercial and technology agreements; advise on privacy, cybersecurity, and pre-litigation dispute resolution; manage external counsel; monitor regulatory developments; improve legal processes and implement AI tools.
