Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Staff Software Developer to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development and improvement of our software platforms. You will work closely with various software development squads and stakeholders, contributing to enhancing system functionality and efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about software development who is eager to make a significant impact.

Detailed Role Overview:
As a Staff Software Developer, you will be deeply involved in the majority of projects at Intelcom, with a primary focus on one critical project within the organization. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful development and integration of all systems. The projects you will work on include system integrations and software development, giving you the opportunity to make a direct impact on Intelcom’s operations. You will collaborate with HR, finance, IT teams, and other stakeholders, and this role will require strong system design skills to optimize the overall architecture. As a senior member of the team, your expertise will be crucial in guiding complex technical decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and contribute to the development and integration of Intelcom’s systems.

  • Manage integration tasks, ensuring seamless communication between various systems.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system functionality and efficiency.

  • Drive system design initiatives to enhance the overall architecture and ensure scalable, efficient solutions.

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to senior and junior developers.

  • Ensure the successful execution of various projects.

  • Other duties as assigned, related to system integration and software development.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 8+ years of experience in software development and systems integration.

  • Strong proficiency in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

  • Expertise in designing intuitive, reusable, and scalable software components.

  • Ability to simplify complex systems through effective use of data structures and algorithms.

  • Proven experience making sound architectural decisions, including framework selection and build-vs-buy evaluations.

  • Ownership of system health, testing strategy, and long-term maintainability.

  • Strategic thinking with the ability to align technical decisions with Intelcom’s business goals.

  • Strong understanding of Intelcom’s products, customers, and operational priorities.

  • Effective cross-functional collaboration and mentorship across engineering teams.

  • Clear communication of complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
