What's the Company Culture Like at Striveworks?

Striveworks Employee Reviews

Striveworks' office environment is as productive and helpful of one that a software developer can ask for; ops is awesome at providing a variety of snacks/drinks. Context switching—exacerbated by many offices—can be highly disruptive to productivity; however, the office culture promoted at Strive allows me to get the heads down time my work needs.

What People Are Saying About Striveworks

  • Accountability & Ownership: A deliberately flat, high‑trust setup encourages individuals to own outcomes and see direct mission impact in regulated, real‑world deployments. Small, cross‑functional teams operate with little micromanaging and an expectation of initiative.
  • Collaborative & Supportive Culture: Open‑door norms, pair programming, and cross‑disciplinary squads foster close collaboration between engineering and data science. Teamwork is described as dynamic and productive, blending impromptu and structured collaboration around applied problems.
  • Learning & Knowledge Sharing: Regular lunch‑and‑learns, paper discussions, and promote‑from‑within practices create visible forums for skill growth. Engineers are encouraged to refine expertise through daily work and shared learning resources.
