Serve as a technical business analyst and hands-on technical lead, converting requirements into designs, coding and reviewing solutions, creating/maintaining Azure CI/CD and ARM templates, mentoring/managing onsite/offshore developers, participating in requirements/design/construction, supporting incident management (L2/L3), and coordinating change management and stakeholder communications.

Define requirements, perform V&V per DO-178B and ARP4754, evaluate failures and handling qualities via analysis, simulations, pilot-in-loop testing and flight data, and integrate CLaws with test rigs and supplier hardware.

Lead architecture and design for Guidewire implementations, providing technical leadership and driving APD or Jutro design efforts. Collaborate with teams for scalable solutions.

Design, develop, verify, and deliver flight control laws (CLaws) and related assessment tools for FBW aircraft using MATLAB/Simulink and C++. Design, specify, validate and integrate aircraft air and pneumatic systems (ECS, bleed air, CPCS, FIDEEX, oxygen, ice protection). Support design reviews, testing, qualification, certification, supplier coordination, flight tests, and prepare compliance reports.
