Job Description
Onsite Delivery & Governance- Act as single point of contact for onsite operations.
- Drive governance cadence: status reviews, KPI tracking, risk & issue management.
- Coordinate with offshore teams for escalation resolution and delivery alignment.
- Drive onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives for onsite associates.
- Build Québec talent pipeline (Longueuil / Montréal region).
- Fulfill leased labor requirements efficiently.
- Support candidate positioning and onboarding readiness.
- Coordinate with North America HR & Talent acquisition team for staffing and people management
- Identify scope expansion and new work opportunities.
- Support proposal development (scope, staffing, delivery model).
- Manage utilization, capacity planning, and forecasting.
- Track cost and revenue vs plan and drive corrective actions.
- Manage delivery escalations across onsite and offshore teams.
- Ensure adherence to customer processes and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering / Business / related field).
- 10+ years in project management/delivery operations / onsite coordination.
- Experience managing onsite-offshore delivery models.
- Strong understanding of utilization, cost, and revenue management.
- Bilingual proficiency in French & English (mandatory).
- PMP / Agile certification.
- Knowledge in handling managed resources at the customer site.
- Aerospace or engineering services experience.
- Strong customer-facing stakeholder management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
