Serves as the liaison between business stakeholders, data owners, architects, and developers to define requirements, use cases, designs, and technical solutions. Supports web, mobile, and data initiatives; provides technical troubleshooting, user training, business recommendations, and development direction. Coordinates distributed development teams, participates across requirements through delivery, manages stakeholder relationships, and mentors team members. Requires Microsoft Azure and .NET expertise, Azure DevOps CI/CD experience, and exposure to iOS and MAUI technologies.

Leads governance and digital transformation initiatives across engineering and manufacturing teams. Manages cross-functional projects, stakeholders, resources, priorities, and changing requirements. Tracks KPIs through presentations, dashboards, and status updates; develops standardized reporting and project-tracking processes. Identifies manpower needs, supports productivity improvements, and improves the utilization of software platforms. Requires strong technical understanding of mechanical engineering and manufacturing environments, bilingual French and English communication, and substantial project management experience.

Serves as the technical expert for Torque Management Systems across assembly sites, managing controllers, tools, software versions, licenses, documentation, and best practices. Supports governance, testing, production implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives involving TMS and other integration systems. Monitors Andon performance indicators, resolves IT and system issues, coordinates multiple projects, and collaborates with internal and external teams to drive reliable manufacturing processes.
