Leads technical analysis and solution architecture for enterprise manufacturing clients. Translates business requirements into .NET and Azure architectures, guides distributed onsite and offshore teams, and mentors technical staff. Develops or oversees Angular, Blazor, and mobile solutions, Azure data services, and DevOps pipelines. Manages L2/L3 incidents and changes, performs root cause analysis, and resolves production issues. Requires fluent English, advanced French-Canadian communication, onsite Montreal work, and occasional regional travel.

Position Details:
- Role: Lead Technical Analyst / Technical Solutions Architect
- Client / Domain: Enterprise Industrial & Manufacturing
- Location: Montreal, QC (Onsite at client office with occasional travel to regional sites in Baie-Comeau, Bécancour, and Deschambault)
- Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent
- Experience Required: 10–13+ Years
- Language Requirement: Advanced French-Canadian (Mandatory 8/10+) for technical workshops and stakeholder presentations, along with fluent English.
Requirements
- Microsoft .NET & Azure Cloud: Strong hands-on experience in C# / .NET Core, Azure PaaS (Web Apps, Azure Functions, Key Vaults, App Service), Azure Data Services (ADF, Azure SQL), and Azure DevOps CI/CD (ARM templates, YAML pipelines, PR reviews).
- Front-End & Mobile: Expertise in Angular or Blazor, paired with mobile development background in .NET MAUI or iOS.
- Technical Leadership & Delivery: Translate functional business cases into technical architectures; guide and mentor distributed teams (onsite & offshore).
- Support & Operations: Manage Incident & Change Management (L2/L3), root cause analysis, and production issue resolution.
