Are you passionate about cloud system management and eager to play a key role in IT security and automation? As a Senior System Administrator at Coveo, you will ensure the performance and security of our Entra (Azure AD) infrastructure while mentoring junior team members.

Your expertise will help us maintain a robust, innovative, and high-performing cloud ecosystem that supports Coveo’s operational excellence.

Here is a glimpse at your responsibilities: 

• Manage and optimize Entra (Azure AD) environments, including identity management, access control, and security governance.
• Maintain and enhance IT administration tools like Intune and JamF to ensure efficient device and software management.
• Automate repetitive tasks using tools such as PowerShell, CLI, or Terraform.
• Implement and support integrations between Entra and external systems (Okta, Salesforce, AWS, etc.).
• Collaborate with security teams to implement compliant solutions and support IT audits.
• Write and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

Here is what will qualify you for the role: 

• At least 8 years of experience in IT system administration.
• Strong expertise in Entra (Azure AD), including user management, RBAC, MFA, and conditional access policies.
• Advanced automation skills using PowerShell, CLI, or Terraform.
• Solid understanding of RBAC security models, identity management, and protocols such as SAML and OAuth.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cloud solutions.

Here is what would make you stand out:

• Experience with monitoring tools like Azure Monitor, Splunk, or Nagios.
• In-depth knowledge of firewalls, with experience in Palo Alto being a plus.
• Expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure (virtual machines, networks, storage).
• Experience in SharePoint administration.
