The role requires bilingual English and French communication, strong Canadian payroll expertise, confidentiality, attention to detail, and effective deadline management.

Supports, tests, configures, troubleshoots, and improves payroll and employee self-service systems. Responsibilities include system integration, workflow setup, data mapping, validation, documentation, Jira ticket resolution, post-launch support, stakeholder communication, project updates, and recommending solutions aligned with business needs. The role also provides implementation, transition, consulting, and mentoring support to internal and external clients.

Manage end-to-end implementation for new HR, payroll, and benefits clients. Set up client shells and dashboards in Prism, manage project plans and milestones, run initial payrolls, audit data, train clients, and coordinate internal stakeholders. The role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, bilingual French and English fluency, and the ability to manage deadlines.

Processes Canadian provincial payroll accurately and on schedule, including new hires, time sheets, deductions, status changes, final pay, off-cycle payrolls, manual checks, adjustments, and employee payments. Resolves payroll and HRIS discrepancies, supports clients and employees, maintains HRIS data, responds to inquiries, prepares compliance reports, and collaborates with internal departments. Requires strong attention to detail, judgment under deadlines, Canadian payroll expertise, bilingual French and English proficiency, and PCP or PLP certification.

The role also delivers post-launch support, consultative services, and technical mentorship while managing deadlines and maintaining strong attention to detail.

Process end-to-end multi-provincial Canadian payrolls for a client portfolio, manage HRIS and time-clock integrations, perform lifecycle pay calculations, resolve discrepancies, issue off-cycle checks, and produce audit reports while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Manage full-cycle, multi-provincial Canadian payroll processing, act as first escalation for complex payroll/HRIS issues, lead optimization projects with the Payroll Supervisor, and ensure compliance with provincial regulations.

Lead client system conversions from legacy platforms to the core processing platform: map and validate data, run initial payrolls, train clients, perform gap analyses, and coordinate technical resolutions to ensure clean go-lives.
