The Payroll Supervisor supervises payroll operations, manages personnel, ensures accurate and timely payroll processing, and leads improvement initiatives in payroll procedures.

Process end-to-end multi-provincial Canadian payrolls for a client portfolio, manage HRIS and time-clock integrations, perform lifecycle pay calculations, resolve discrepancies, issue off-cycle checks, and produce audit reports while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Manage full-cycle, multi-provincial Canadian payroll processing, act as first escalation for complex payroll/HRIS issues, lead optimization projects with the Payroll Supervisor, and ensure compliance with provincial regulations.

Lead client system conversions from legacy platforms to the core processing platform: map and validate data, run initial payrolls, train clients, perform gap analyses, and coordinate technical resolutions to ensure clean go-lives.

Serve as primary client contact during onboarding: manage implementation plans, configure HRIS shells and dashboards, run initial payrolls, provide training, and coordinate between sales, internal teams, and clients to ensure successful handoff.

The Client Implementation Consultant engages clients, manages implementation phases, trains users, and ensures client satisfaction with services.
