Leads CCM Hockey’s Advanced and Performance Research teams, defining innovation vision and product pipeline strategy across categories. Oversees research programs, university and elite-sport partnerships, consumer insights, emerging technologies, innovation budgets, prototypes, and commercialization handoffs. Partners with engineering, design, and business-unit leaders to ensure concepts are manufacturable and aligned with product development timelines. Builds multidisciplinary team capabilities and an experimentation-driven innovation culture.

Owns CCM Hockey’s global trade compliance program across Canada and the U.S. Responsibilities include product classification, import entry audits, origin and valuation, tariff and duty programs, export documentation, broker management, CTPAT, government audits, internal controls, regulatory monitoring, training, and compliance reporting. The role also automates repetitive compliance processes using AI, Excel, Power Query, Power Automate, and scripting, while partnering with sourcing, logistics, finance, legal, and product teams.

Leads CCM Hockey’s Goalie business unit, owning five-year strategy, product roadmap, sales, margin, pricing, innovation, and go-to-market readiness. Directs cross-functional Product Management, Design, and Development teams while influencing sourcing, planning, finance, sales, marketing, and operations. Builds retailer and athlete relationships, presents to executives, develops talent, and drives category growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

Maintains master data across ERP and other systems, processes data requests, performs quality checks and audits, and enforces governance standards. Analyzes trends and recurring issues, identifies root causes, recommends process improvements, supports testing and data preparation, and collaborates with business and IT stakeholders. The role also educates users on data standards and retrieves and analyzes information as needed.

Develops and supports Epicor Kinetic ERP customizations, integrations, dashboards, reports, and business functions across North America and Europe. Responsibilities include deploying and documenting changes, providing level 2 and 3 application support, troubleshooting root causes, collaborating with analysts and users, and contributing to ERP projects and upgrades. The role requires C#/.NET, SQL Server, REST API, JSON/XML, and ERP development expertise, with Epicor experience preferred.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate and shared services roles, including staffing strategy, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, background checks, onboarding coordination, and candidate follow-up. Maintain ATS records, report recruitment metrics, participate in job fairs and employer branding initiatives, and improve recruiting processes. The role partners closely with hiring managers and requires strong French and English communication skills.

Coordinates retail-focused trade marketing programs, including point-of-purchase displays, fixtures, promotional materials, inventory distribution, retailer communications, product launches, and strategic account initiatives. Collaborates with suppliers, agencies, sales representatives, retailers, and internal teams to ensure brand-standard in-store execution. Supports digital marketing assets, sales tools, newsletters, and retail activations while managing multiple projects and timelines.

Plans global supply to align factory capacity, forecasts, customer demand, and distribution-center inventory. Manages purchase orders with the Asia Hub, develops monthly capacity plans, tracks supplier production, addresses delivery risks, analyzes performance for senior leaders, and drives continuous process improvement. Requires strong ERP, Excel, data analysis, communication, and supply-chain expertise, with French-English bilingualism preferred or required by the posting.

Creates digital designs for email, Shopify websites, paid media, and organic social channels. Owns digital design strategy, systems, guidelines, wireframes, and end-to-end execution while maintaining brand consistency across global markets. Translates product stories and marketing strategies into high-impact visual experiences, evaluates competitors and trends, supports content planning, and collaborates with brand, creative, and direct-to-consumer teams.
