Leads CCM Hockey’s Advanced and Performance Research teams, defining innovation vision and product pipeline strategy across categories. Oversees research programs, university and elite-sport partnerships, consumer insights, emerging technologies, innovation budgets, prototypes, and commercialization handoffs. Partners with engineering, design, and business-unit leaders to ensure concepts are manufacturable and aligned with product development timelines. Builds multidisciplinary team capabilities and an experimentation-driven innovation culture.

Owns CCM Hockey’s global trade compliance program across Canada and the U.S. Responsibilities include product classification, import entry audits, origin and valuation, tariff and duty programs, export documentation, broker management, CTPAT, government audits, internal controls, regulatory monitoring, training, and compliance reporting. The role also automates repetitive compliance processes using AI, Excel, Power Query, Power Automate, and scripting, while partnering with sourcing, logistics, finance, legal, and product teams.

Leads CCM Hockey’s Goalie business unit, owning five-year strategy, product roadmap, sales, margin, pricing, innovation, and go-to-market readiness. Directs cross-functional Product Management, Design, and Development teams while influencing sourcing, planning, finance, sales, marketing, and operations. Builds retailer and athlete relationships, presents to executives, develops talent, and drives category growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
