About the role:

We're looking for a dynamic Workday Business Analyst (m/f/d) to drive the strategic management, optimization, and enhancement of our Workday platform.

Job Description

About your tasks:

• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and our HR/Workday core team.

• Analyze business processes to find areas for improvement. Work closely with the Workday Product Owner to prioritize and manage system enhancements.

• Gather and document business requirements and turn them into Workday specifications.

• Create and maintain process maps, user stories, and requirement specifications.

• Help with the development, testing, and deployment of Workday configurations as well as support and troubleshoot Workday-related issues for end-users.

Qualifications

About you:

• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, T&A, and related modules.

• Proven skills in business process analysis and requirements gathering.

• Experience of working with Jira and Confluence.

• Great communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
