Híbrido: Esta posição exige que esteja presencialmente 3x na semana (terça a quinta) em São Caetano do Sul
O que você irá fazer (responsabilidades):
A área tributária participa de diversos projetos com todas as Business functions e necessita de um focal point com experiência financeira para elaboração de business cases.

• Essa pessoa irá liderar projetos que buscam novas oportunidades de negócios para a GMB, fazendo a ponte entre a busca de eficiência tributária e core business .
• Será responsável pela execução e implementação dos projetos.
• Essa pessoa terá total suporte técnico da área de Tax, com informações e cálculos tributários, para conectar ao Business Case e tornar mais eficiente a comunicação e apresentação ao EC.
• Posição gerencial na área de Tax, com foco em finanças e liderança de projetos

Suas Competências e Habilidades (Qualificações Necessárias):

• Ensino Superior completo, de preferência na área de Finanças.
• Sólido background do negócio;
• Skills de comunicação e relacionamento (habilidade de buscar dados e informações com demais áreas);
• Criatividade para traduzir a linguagem de TAX para não técnicos
• Inglês avançado
• Experiência com liderança de pessoas
