O que você irá fazer (responsabilidades)
  • Coordenar as operações logísticas relacionadas aos veículos da frota da Universidade Chevrolet, além dos materiais e equipamentos, garantindo eficiência operacional e conformidade com as normas de segurança.
  • Coordenar a manutenção preventiva e corretiva dos veículos da frota da Universidade Chevrolet.
  • Gerenciar o inventário de materiais, equipamentos e veículos.
  • Organizar as oficinas, salas e almoxarifado da Universidade Chevrolet.
  • Assegurar que as operações estejam em conformidade com as regulamentações legais e normas de segurança.
  • Controlar prazos de vigência, renovação e vencimento de contratos garantindo o cumprimento das obrigações por ambas as partes.
  • Manter registros organizados e atualizados de todos os contratos, frota, inventário, materiais e notas fiscais, garantindo fácil acesso e conformidade com as políticas internas.
  • Preparar e arrumar as salas de treinamento conforme as necessidades específicas de cada sessão, incluindo disposição de móveis, equipamentos, materiais e alimentação.
  • Controlar o estoque dos materiais de apoio aos treinamentos, como ferramentas, EPIs, entre outros.
  • Realizar o controle e conferência das notas fiscais.
  • Monitorar e acompanhar todos os chamados do call center da Universidade Chevrolet registrados no sistema, assegurando que sejam tratados dentro dos prazos e padrões estabelecidos.
  • Colaborar com a equipe operacional para garantir a resolução eficaz das solicitações dos chamados.
  • Identificar padrões recorrentes nas solicitações dos chamados para propor melhorias nos processos e serviços oferecidos.
  • Coordenar e acompanhar os KPIs do call center da Universidade Chevrolet.
  • Administrar fornecedores diversos.
