Job Description

Trigyn's direct financial client has an immediate opening for Social Media Operations Specialist in Montreal, Canada.

Description:

Our direct financial client is looking for a motivated individual to join core Level 3 Operations team who is interested in supporting cutting-edge social media applications for the enterprise.
The primary responsibility is to support the Social Media cloud services solutions that enables our Financial Advisors and Bankers to communicate with their clients via social media (LinkedIn, Twitter & Facebook).

Duties will include liaison with the vendors, troubleshooting, monitoring, maintenance and incident management. The consultant will be empowered to directly resolve problems and will also be expected to effectively communicate complex issues to management, vendors, business units, and internal engineering teams. The consultant will join a high-energy company and team of very dedicated individuals in the financial services industry. The consultant will also have the opportunity to support new social media software and tools as they are introduced into the Firm.

Qualifications

Required skills:
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in English
• Windows desktop support
• Browser support (IE & Chrome)
• Troubleshooting of services for outage handling and root cause analyses
• Resolving/managing user tickets and escalations
• Problem management

Desired technical Skills:
• Experience supporting social networking in an enterprise environment, including Twitter, Facebook & LinkedIn
• Experience working and collaborating with external vendors
• Experience working with clients (users) to resolve tickets and issues

Expectations:
• Test regular patches and cloud service updates as required
• Perform on-call support

Personal Skills:
• Conducts themselves in a professional manner
• Proficient communications skills, both verbal and written (English is a must)
• Team player
• Uses initiative
• Attention to detail.
