Job Type: Full-time (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST)

Job Summary

As a Senior SDR at this high-growth private aviation firm, you are the engine of our sales pipeline. This is a high-impact, pure prospecting role designed for a seasoned cold-caller who thrives on engaging High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and C-suite executives. You won’t be burdened with closing or administrative bloat; your mission is to hunt, qualify, and hand off high-intent opportunities to our senior brokers. If you possess the grit to handle 100+ dials a day and the sophistication to navigate executive gatekeepers, you will play a pivotal role in scaling a premier name in luxury aviation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct 100+ outbound cold calls daily to corporate travel managers, executives, and high-net-worth prospects.
  • Self-prospect and build targeted lead lists using Apollo and other databases—you take ownership of your own "top-of-funnel" strategy.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on specific criteria: flight timeline (within 60 days), decision-making authority, and budget awareness.
  • Execute seamless handoffs by warming the lead and providing comprehensive context to the brokerage team.
  • Navigate complex organizations to get past gatekeepers and reach key decision-makers.
  • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene in GoHighLevel (GHL), logging all activities and submitting daily reports.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs of 8–12 live conversations per day and 4–6 qualified handoffs per week.

Requirements
  • 6+ years of outbound sales experience, specifically targeting C-suite executives or luxury clientele.
  • Proficiency in Cold Calling: High volume (100+ dials/day) with a phone-first mentality.
  • Proven experience in Lead Qualification and Objection Handling in a high-ticket environment.
  • Expert-level prospecting: Ability to build lists from scratch rather than relying on pre-built data.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Apollo and GoHighLevel (GHL).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal English skills with the executive presence required for luxury aviation.
  • Availability: Ability to work a strict 9-5 EST schedule from an offshore location.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Previous experience in private aviation, luxury travel, or high-end financial services.
  • Prior experience working remotely for a US-based company during US business hours.
  • Familiarity with Slack for team communication.
  • Experience navigating executive assistants to reach high-profile decision-makers.
